If you're looking to start working out and/or add some
Cardio to your routine, this is a great way to start.
It's broke into small periods of multiple exercises.
Starting out, you may do this flow 3-5x a week until you
are comfortable doing each exercise. From there, instead
doing this exact routine, add a few more reps to each
exercise. That way your body doesn't get used to one
single routine. Remember change is good.
