Okay guys, I am dying right now! My brother in-law is down for a month after returning from his deployment in Korea. I'm sure he gets more workouts in than I do right now, due to being home with an 8 month old . So this morning I decided to go to the Gym with him. He had some routines in mind for me. Oh, and did he pick the right ones. I felt muscles working that i didn't even know existed. I’m going to try my best to replicate the routine we did today. This was all about toning! I will include reference pictures on the right, in the order of which they appear in the regimen below. **Please remember to do some stretches or a warm up to loosen your body up first** ►Also the key behind toning is to keep constant intensity through the entire workout. Small water breaks are okay but don't lose that burn!◄ Warm up 3 sets of these 3 exercises one after another
Arms *You will need a set of dumbbells that will be resistant but comfortable enough to lift.* Repeat set 3 times with 10 second break between
